I bought a bed mattress on the 25th November at protea Glen Russells. They failed to deliver it and when I went to the store on the 9th December I was told it's out of stock,I signed a refund claim from them and each time I am told I will get my refund.its now the 4th of Jan 2017 and I am still waiting for my money.each time I go to the store I am told they are busy with it and the funds will be available the next day.i am tired of service from protea Glen and even head office cause nothing has been done from head office as well

I bought a K.I.C fridge at Russells Durban amanzimtoti 10 days ago but did'nt deliver on time...they deliverd it at night and the fridge was demaged and had scratches all over. I refused to take it and did'nt even sign for delevery because I was'nt happy with it. The next day I went back for a refund and was told there will transfare my money back into my account within 48hrs but till today im waiting. Im done phoning these people because there not helping at all, I've contacted Speak Out and they gonna help me expose this patheting furniture shop.

I bought a bed at Russells in protea glen mall and i pay transport for the bed to be delivered, but when i went to fetch my bed they didn't have a transport to deliver my bed. so they tell me if i have transport i should came take the, i did that i went to look for the transport and now they have to refund me the money for transport and it's been all most three months they not refund me, Russells service it sucks big time. they don't care about they're customer. I bought a microwave at Joshua Doore in Vosloorus , I had to return it because it stop working It’s been 3 weeks now waiting for them to fix it , I’ve called them last week, they was no answer, I called again I spoke to the lady there, she took my numbers Saying she’s gonna call me back, till now Im waiting for her call me back , I called again on Saturday, I spoke a gentleman there , he told me they haven’t fix my microwave it’s still with them ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS NOW !!!!!!!! this is totally unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service that Russells is offering it sucks shame, I know when we enter the store they don't canvas customers but their services it sucks. They don't know how to treat customers, when they take your money they open their hands, they deliver damaged goods when you complain in order for them to fix their damage customer need to pay whereas their furniture is still under guarantee, shame on you Russells. I wont advice any one to come and buy at your stores, Im sorry but it is really boring what you guys operate, we are sweating to get that money but what Russells is doing is shit nx. Im pissed hey.

I bought a bedroom suit to the amount of R12 000.00 around february and I noticed a falult on a dressing table and I informed the vryburg store about it,its now 11 months since I told them,I'm not treted like a customer,I regret buying from them,call me on 0787605424,my I'd! 8002026032084,the manager is not competant.
