Good day, It's extremely difficult to deal with the Post Office - Custoner service on email and phone -phone rings endlessly - no response on email either!! This simply cannot go on. I am querying item PE889654768ZA stuck at the Witpos hub - why??? Why no response????? Please advise Mrs Ungerer

Dear Mam/Sir, I am very disappointed with the services that we are receiving from Witspos Hub.My parcel went in to the hub 15 April 2016. To date 04/05/2016 this parcel is still laying there! Does employees from Witspos hub really work? Or do they just sit around and do nothing? Remember it's you as company providing services to external people/clients and company's, therefore you should provide the best services. This is really pathetic. Something needs to be done. Seriously

I waited for 2months for my parcel when I went to post office I was told its not there for several times they didn't check on the system . yesterday was told I should call RLO when I called the told be my parcel is at Witspos HUB tried to call them phone doesn't work .
